Hi, I'm coding for hospital outpatient. procedure is for placement of a multi-component penile prosthesis and glansplasty. Question is can I code 54440 repair of penis with 54405 implant multi-component penile prosthesis?

"...The device was cycled again and found to cycle easily. The
tips of the cylinders were straight and symmetric with no crossover
appreciated. There was however an SST deformity. The implant was inflated
and then a subcoronal incision was made with the glans penis being
dissected off the top of the corpora cavernosa. It was then plicated using
interrupted 4-0 Prolene with the knots directed inward. This corrected the
SST deformity. Following this, the penile skin was closed with interrupted
3-0 chromic. The incision was washed out with irrigation solution. #10 JP
drain was placed through a separate stab incision. The wound was closed in
2 layers, the deep being of interrupted 3-0 Vicryl, and the skin was closed
with a running Monocryl subcuticular stitch. A dry sterile dressing was
applied..."
