We are having problems with place of service modifier, for emergency transport services. Most Ins providers want a 41 they are requesting a 23, also we are getting our claims denied because we are the billing co for several emergency transport companies and the NPI # we are billing for does not match the address on our claims which is our address; the billing companies and not the emergency transport. Anyone having the same the problems? Thanks
