Here is what the op note states. "Attention was then directed to the tibial plateau. Appropriate AP and lateral fluoroscopic images were obtained for visualization of the fracture. In a percutaneous manner, and under fluoroscopic guidance, 2 partially threaded 6.0 mm cancellous titanium screws were then placed across the subchondral bone for interfragmentary compression across the spit fragment of the tibial plateau. Placement of the screws was visulaized and verified with intraoperative fluoroscopy. Final AP and lateral views of the proximal tibia were obtained showing anatomic reduction of the fracture and appropriate placement of the screws."
I believe this is unlisted 27599 but would you compare it to 27535 or 27532?
