My doc did a right ankle arthroscopy with debridement and drilling of anterolateral osteochondral talar lesion, 29891 followed by percutaneous drilling of distal fibula for delayed union of fibula fracture.
I am looking for a CPT code for the drilling of the delayed union of fibula fracture.

Portals were then closed with simple nylon sutures.
I then used the 0.054 smooth K-wire percutaneously and drilled multiple passes across the distal fibular fracture line to stimulate some healing there as well. The foot and ankle was then cleaned and dressed with sterile gauze and an Ace wrap. The tourniquet was released after 17 minutes prior to the skin closure. He was awakened and taken to the recovery room in good condition.
