Percutaneous Ethanol Sclerotherapy of Face/Neck vascular malformation - 61626 or 37241?

No catheter was placed, just a small injection of ethanol. 61626 is device intensive, 37241 is not. Thoughts on which is the correct code? Any official sources (I've looked at Dr. Z, but I'm struggling with a truly official source)?
