Hi all!
Need help finding CPT code for the following. I know the 79542 for the U/S needle guidance but not sure on the tenotomy. Having trouble finding one for an ABDUCTOR -I'm aware of the 27000 for adductor. Any help would be appreciated-Thanks!!

Prior to procedure, the area was examined with a 15-MHz linear transducer to determine the optimal needle pathology and visualize the hyperechoic calcific deposit within the tendon of the TFL.
Under ultrasound guidance, the needle was advanced into the calcific deposit using long and short axis views to address the entire calcific deposit. Multiple needle passes were made in a long axis view through the calcific fragments to loosen them from adjacent tendon. The texture of the calcific deposit noticeably became less rigid. After ultrasound visualization of the needle tip in the target area and negative aspiration for blood, local anesthetic and/or corticosteroid was injected. Images of the procedure have been saved. Thickenening of the left gluteus medius tendon was also observed.
