Hi all I need some help/advice on how you would code this
Doctor states cystoscopy cystogram,Right percutaneous ureteroscopy with laser incision of stricture,stent placement,nephrostomy tube replacement. note this was done through an established track

He states in the note that after 2.5 hours of trying to incise the anastomosis and advance the stent he elected to abort the case.

I was looking at CPT 50953 any suggestions?
