Perianal biopsies on same DOS as creation of colostomy

Patient with a huge wound covering most of one glute and some of the other. Previously shown to be Squamous Cell Carcinoma. He has had chemo/radiation to the area. Still has a huge wound. My provider performed biopsies of that area on the same day as he created a colostomy. Can I bill for those biopsies? What modifier would I use?
