Pt with prosthetic aortic valve endocarditis with peri-annular abscess. Pt had left ventricular discontinuity secondary to the peri-annular abscess and this was repaired with a bovine pericardial patch. I'm needing help coding this part of the procedure. My surgeon also did a redo aortic valve replacement in addition to the patch repair.

HELP!!!
 
without seeing the actual note, I would just say look in the 35271 area.
 
Don't forget the re-operation code +33530 due to the fact pt has had a previous valve surgery and is having a redo valve surgery (33405).
