Pericardiocentesis with Heart Cath and placement of A-line for draining.

Physician performed Left and right heart cath, laser atherectomy with stent, and then performed pericardiocentesis via common femoral and finished by placing an A-line via separate stick in radial for draining.

I'm perplexed on the percardiocentesis and the A-line placement.

I thought maybe
