Wiki perineural invasion of the prostate

we are wondering if this is something codeable or not. Pt had prostatectomy for prostate cancer, on the path report it states perineural invasion. Is this coded as a secondary invasion, 198.89 of the prostate 185? I'm not understanding what this phrase really means, is it the nerves around the outside the prostate or w/in the prostate?
