The coding section of 37220-37235 refers to 3 sep territories. Tibial/peroneal includes Anterior, Posterior and Peroneal. It does state anything about the branches of each of these vessels.

- I have a phys that performed angioplasties in the anterior artery left leg and lateral plantar artery. The anterior would be 37228 but can I add 37232 for the plantar since it is a branch of the posterior and that would be considered 2 sep vessels of this territory?

That is appropriate based on the description you give.
