Wiki Perivalvular leak closure with a VSD occluder

One of our physicians did something similar just a month or so ago. He used an embolization coil to occlude a perivalvular leak. There isn't a CPT code for it so I just used unlisted and last I heard it still hadn't processed yet so I can't tell you whether they like the unlisted code or not.
