Patient was admitted for periviable PPROM at 23 weeks. She has been in for 2 weeks + and has not yet delivered. Would you go with icd 10 code O60.02 or O42.912?

Since her membranes have ruptured, you would go with O42.912. O60.02 implies preterm labor only, not with rupture of membranes.
