Patient comes in with HX of inconclusive mammogram. Provider orders ultrasound and diagnostic mammogram. No signs and symptoms. Just the HX of inconclusive mammogram but I cant find a code for that. Any help would be appreciated. TIA

Normally this would be R92.8 other abnormal and inconclusive findings on diagnostic imaging of breast. I would use this even if it says history, as long as it's the reason for doing the further testing.

That's not really a diagnosis, it's more a detail about the patient's past test results. I would query the physician for the reason the patient needs to have a new test ordered, i.e. whether it's a screening or whether there is something that about the patient's current condition that is being investigated.
