Does anyone know where I can find the Medicare policy on pessary cleaning? I went on the Medicare website and all I can find is the pessary itself. I know when a patient comes in for a pessary cleaning and reinsertion we charge an E/M visit. I have a provider who thinks we should be charging the 57160 for the visit.
