I hope someone is able to help with this. I was told by my office manager today that the Trimo San pessary jelly is no longer included in the price of the pessary and fitting and needs to be billed separately. Have any of you heard anything about this?

I can't find a HCPCS for the pessary jelly and she is stating that because it has an NDC and we are being billed separately by the supplier that we need to bill the patient.

I'm not thinking this is correct.

Please help!
