When a patient comes in to get a pessary we charge A4562 and 57160. Is there a code besides a nurse visit (99211) that can be used when the patient comes in monthly to have it removed and cleaned and reinserted? This is done by the nurse under the provider's supervision. The provider does not see the patient. Thanks.
