Wiki PFT coding help needed

Hi everyone,
need help with coding, sample attached and i believe that 94060, 94729 and 94727 should be reported except 94200 since it's included into 94060.
Please advise. Any references appreciated.

Hi, I am sure you may already have your answer, but the codes I use are 94375, 94727, 94729, 94060. That is a PFT with DLCO.

Hello! I see under FVL section that it states Pre and post spirometry. That would be a 94060 (Bronchodilation responsiveness, spirometry as in 94010, pre- and post-bronchodilator administration). I don't see anything in the documentation that shows "washout time", as per the 94727, so it looks like a 94726 to me (snip it of how we document 94727 below). Then the obvious, DLCO for the 94729. If done in the office and interpreted by your providers, no modifier 26 needed, but if your provider only did the interpretations, I would bill as follows: 94060- 26, 94726- 26 and 94729-26. Our providers don't do the 94375, so I am uncertain as to if that was done or not. I hope that helps!!
