Are PHQ 9 AND GAD 7 billable as 96136/96137 with 90791? We were using 96101 but I'm questioning it. Thank you!
 
I always billed 96127 for the PHQ-9's, GAD-7's, etc. Check that code out. Though, I did find that they denied with an initial evaluation as they considered it inclusive of the eval.
