Wiki Physical Activity during a Well Child Visit

I need some insight. ICD-9 had a wonderful code (V65.41) that we could use for Physical Activity, but ICD-10 does not. How do you code a well visit for a child? What CPTs/ICD-10's do you use to indicate that physical activity counseling was performed at the visit?
