Good Morning all,
I need some opinions. This is relating to Radiation Oncology. If a patient never has a Physical Exam performed prior to the planning and radiation treatment how would the lack of a physical exam affet the billling of the charges after the H&P? I hope this makes since.
 
Established Patient

For an established patient (or subsequent hospital) visit, you only need to meet two of the three key elements. So you can choose the level of service based strictly on history and MDM.
