Hello everyone,
I currently bill for physical and occupational therapy services to Worker's Compensation insurance in multiple states. Our practice has been talking about offering telemedicine/telerehabilitation to injured workers but we want to get familiar with the CPT and ICD10 coding for that service. I have not been successful in finding any information with the various states' Worker Comp websites nor any payer sites (other than Medicare) for that matter. Some states follow Medicare rules in regards to billing and reimbursement, others do not so I'm at a loss on where else to look.
Has anyone else had to face this challenge? Even just billing/coding for telerehabilitation to any payer? Any information you could provide would be a great help.
