We have begun using a new software won't enable us to list the PTA as the rendering provider and the PT as the billing provider. The software requires both be the same. A local billing company told us that they list the PT in both sections even though the PTA rendered the service. Is this acceptable billing for PT? It just doesn't seem right to me.
