Wiki Physical Therapy coding question

During a PT evaluation of a child the concerns that were addressed are the child tripping and falling frequently and being pigeon toed. The evaluation was done in 45 minutes. Would these be the correct codes that should be used CPT- 97162, and M62.8 , R26.89. I am not coding this often and looking for another opinion.

That is not enough information to code the visit. What examination was done? Activity limitations? Participation restrictions?
