Wiki Physical Therapy G codes for Reporting

PT A comes in for complaint #1. The G codes are added to the initial evaluation. Two weeks later PT A comes back with complaint #2 but is still in therapy for complaint #1. I know that we need to add G codes for the other evaluation, however does the PT count start over? (for the 10 visits etc) Any guidance on this would be great!
