CPT 64550- Application Of Surface (transcutaneous) Neurostimulator

HCPS- E0720- Transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation (TENS) device,
two lead, localized stimulation.

Is anyone that codes for P.T using these codes. And if so how are these services provided?
