A pt came in to have a physical with their doc earlier this year. Now comes back to have just the gynecological part of the exam with the NP..HELP!
 
Yes, it's a cruel world. I've experienced this before as well. Lets say for example BCBS gives you one physical/routine visit a year. When a provider bills a visit with the primary diagnosis stating routine physical, IE the old V-codes then it will mark in BCBS's system that they have used their allotted physical for the year so either the gyno or pcp gets kind of screwed when they bill their service on another date.

I could be assessing this incorrectly but that's how it plays out in my mind.

Try to knock them out all in one day maybe?
