Can anyone advise of the supervision requirements for a physician assistant in the office setting in NJ? I know some states have different rules. Is it general supervision or Direct supervision?
 
There could be certain procedures requiring direct supervision, but for most services it is not required. I would certainly suggest having a practice agreement outlining details.

For LEGAL complex matters, I would strongly suggest the advice of an experienced healthcare attorney or compliance professional vs my opinion on a free coding forum. :LOL:
We are mostly coding and billing professionals and this is unrelated to either.
