Does anyone know the difference between a Non-Facility Price, Facility Price, Non-Facility Limiting Charge & Facility Limiting charge. I understand the difference between facility & non facility just don't understand what the Limiting part is all about :confused:
 
limiting charg is, the maximum amount that can be charged in the United States for the services of a physician who does not accept the restrictions on fees established by Medicare laws. Also called billing limit.
