Does anyone know the difference between a Non-Facility Price, Facility Price, Non-Facility Limiting Charge & Facility Limiting charge. I understand the difference between facility & non facility just don't understand what the Limiting part is all about

The limiting charge is for non-paricipating providers. This is the maximum they can cahrge a Medicare benficiary.
