Physician order and signature on encounter for vaccines?

Hello
I have always had a physician order or mention vaccines given in an encounter. Even when patient sees nurse only, physician co-signs the note.
There is a MCR regulation which states an order is not required for influenza or pneumonia. During this Covid health emergency, they have added the Covid vaccine to that exemption.

So:
1- Order isn't required. But is provider signature on the encounter still required?
2- What about other vaccines ? TDAP? Shingrix?
Any help driving me towards a policy would be greatly appreciated!!
