Here is my issue. The primary md I work for receives a ton of orders to sign daily. Some patients are receiving care from a Home Health agency and others who are in SNF. They are time consuming and I am convinced that we could/should be getting some sort of reimbursement for these. I've looked at the G0180 and G0179, but some of these pt we have billed for these and some we never certify we just receive orders to sign and I don't believe that the orders are included in these codes anyway. I would really appreciate any suggestions on how to keep track and bill for these. Thanks everyone.
