Questioning if 58661 in correct procedure for Novasure Endometrial Ablation with Bilateral Salpingectomy

Hello, I would code as;

58661- bilateral salpingectomy (assuming it was done via Lap)

Novasure endometrial ablation depending whether it was done with hysteroscopy or without, I would code it either:

58563- Hysteroscopy, surgical; with endometrial ablation (eg, endometrial resection, electrosurgical ablation, thermoablation)
58353- Endometrial ablation, thermal, without hysteroscopic guidance

In my experience, I've never seen Novasure ablation without hysteroscopy.
@Legacy79 has a typo for the laparoscopic bilateral salpingectomy - 58661.
So I would code 58661 & 58563.
Just ensure you are linking each diagnosis to the appropriate procedure.
