Good morning,

I'm hoping someone can help us. We are billing the following codes to Medicare, and we need to know what codes we would use, other than the G-codes, when we bill for these services to a commercial plan, like BCBS.

G0179 - ?
G0180 - ?
G0181 - ?
G0182 - ?
