I'm being questioned again about physician supervision. Can anyone tell me if you can bill for fluoro's done in the OR during a fracture fixation or an ERCP done by the gastrologist. The radiologist isn't in the OR for either of these. And if anybody can supply me the Guideline info it would be greatly appreciated.
