Just wondering if anyone charges a surgical tray for PICC lines. If so are you attaching any HCPC or just billing with the revenue code?
 
We are an outpatient facility based clinic and we charge a central line tray. It is a supply with no HCPC. MCR does not pay but contracts that pay a percentage of charges do pay on supplies.
