i have a dr that wants to have a patient swallow a pill cam in the office and then go over to our procedure center to push the pill cam through. Any ideas on how this would be billed? I know i would use the 91110 but do I bill a 43235? Any information would be greatly appreciated.
 
What is the reasoning? pill cam is swallowed and moves on its own through the system. If there is a medical reason the pill cam can't do its job, then it should not be done
