Hi- my surgeon performed a disarticulation at the PIPJ third toe. Next she was going to perform an incision of the bone cortex on the third metatarsal. She ended up doing a partial ray amputation. She wants to code as 28005 and 28825. Would this be a 28810? She did document a ray amputation was performed.

You write that she was "going to perform", but ended up doing a partial ray amputatioan. I would assign 28810.
