INCIDENT-TO REQUIRES PLACE OF SERVICE 11- WHAT DO YOU DO IF IT IS PLACE OF SERVICE 21, 22 OR 23?

If the PA or NP sees a patient in he facility then they bill using their NPI If the physician sees the patient on the same day in the facility as the PA or NP then you may bill as a shared encounter using th physician NPI.
 
Thank you for your response. Can you bill incident-to in those places of service? I understand the shared and split/share. Just wondering per guidelines if you can even bill incident-to at those places of service? Thx rmm:d
