Hello,
Our provider is going to the Wound Care Center to see and treat patient there, I am having a difficult time selecting a POS I was told to used POS 11 is that correct?.
 
The POS will be the place where the patient is registered as a patient. So if they are a registered patient at the wound care center then you will use that for the POS not 11. If the wound care center is an outpatient department of the hospital then you would use 22 for example.
