Can 55874 and 55876 be billed with 76942-26,59 for the ultrasound guidance? 55874 includes the ultrasound guidance, but 55876 does not include this.

55874 - Transperineal placement of biodegradable material, peri-prostatic, single or multiple injection(s), including image guidance, when performed.
55876 - Placement of interstitial device(s) for radiation therapy guidance (eg, fiducial markers, dosimeter), prostate via needle, any approach, single or multiple. For imaging guidance, see 76942, 77002, 77012, 77021.

Description of Procedure: Patient was given 2 g of IV Ancef and Venodyne boots were applied prior to induction general laryngeal mask anesthesia. He was then prepped and draped in the usual sterile fashion dorsolithotomy position, transrectal ultrasound imaging was performed in sagittal and transverse dimensions. Prostate was under 25 g. Is regular in capsule and seminal vesicles, no areas of extracapsular carcinoma were suspected. Markers were placed at the right base, right apex and left mid. Next the SpaceOAR mixture was carefully upper.. A spinal needle was placed under ultrasound guidance first in the sagittal dimension between the prostate capsule and rectal wall. Once proper positioning was determined saline hydrodissection was performed which revealed a symmetrical spread of the saline. It was partially aspirated. Once I was satisfied with the position of the needle and there was no tethering of the prostatic capsule, the Y connector holding the 2 syringes was connected to the spinal needle. Injection over approximately 12 seconds was performed of the admixture. The hydrogel was able to displace the prostate approximate 2 cm anteriorly and was symmetric in its distribution. The needle was then removed.
Patient was cleaned and dried and bacitracin placed on the perineum.
The patient tolerated procedure well went to recovery in satisfactory condition.
