Wiki placement of localizing wire / clip breast procedure

our physician is placing a clip in the office prior to surgery and then several days later he is placing a localizing wire in the OR. both placements use the 19285 CPT code. can he charge for the placement of the wire even though he has already charged for the placement of the clip on a previous day?
