Placement of Prevena Wound Vac following hernia repair

Does anyone have information stating if it is appropriate for a surgeon to report 97605 (applicaiton of prevena vac) during the same operative session that a hernia is repaired? I am reporting CPT 49618 for the hernia
 
If the wound site has been surgically closed, and a wound vac is placed over the closed wound site, then the use of the wound vac is not separately reportable, as it is being used as a dressing.
