Hey guys! I'm new to General Surgery coding and was wondering if anyone knew what I would code this as?

The patient was taken to the operating room, prepped and draped in the usual sterile fashion. Surgical time out was performed. She was prepped and draped in the usual sterile fashion. A gram of Ancef was given within one hour of the skin incision. Local anesthetic was infiltrated. The right pleural space was identified with a Seldinger needle. Clear yellow fluid was returned from the pleural space. Guidewire was advanced under fluoroscopic guidance into the pleural space. We then tunneled the catheter between the right abdomen and the right chest. We then dilated the tract with a series of dilators under fluoroscopic guidance. We then fed the catheter through the tear-away sheath and positioned the catheter in the inferior portion of the thoracic space. We attached the proximal end of the catheter to drainage bag and aspirated about 500 mL of clear yellow fluid. We secured the tube in position. Final position of the tube was inspected with fluoroscopy and found to be satisfactory. The patient tolerated procedure well. All sponge, instrument and needle counts correct at the end of the case.

Thanks!
