I am trying to look for a code for the above. I was wondering if anyone can assist it would be greatly appriciat.
Op/note: a small incision was made with an 11 blade and then the periosteum was elevated with a small disscector, and the drill and guide brought into place. The drill was then used to pucnture the outer table of the skull, at which time it was removed and a gold ball placed into the diploic space, and the guide and then the ball impactor removed. This was repeated in all 3 locations and then each incision closed with a 4-0 Nurolon suture.
