Placing bravo capsule in gi lab

My surgeon is going to the GI lab at the hospital and placing the bravo capsule. He is not doing it thru the endoscope. An internal med physician is doing the interpretation. The hospital is billing 91035 with modifier TC (it is their equipment and they have purchased the capsule) and also billing 91035 with modifier 26 for their employed physician to read the interpretation. Any ideas on how I should bill?
