Need advice re: Platelet Rich Plasma injection

Can someone please help me with coding a PRP injection ? I was advised to use 20926 however that is an incorrect code to use. As of July 1st, it was changed to 0232T which only an ambulatory center can use per Medicare. Would it be possible to code
36514, A4649 for surgical tray, 76942 for ultrasound, and a tenotomy code? Any advice would be appreciated.
Has anyone gotten reimbursed for a PRP injection?

PRP must now be reported with the new "T" code, reporting any other way would be incorrect. Our practice has had some luck with reimbursement prior to the introduction of the "T" code when we were able to obtain prior authorization (occasionally) and we were using an unlisted code that required submission of the documentation.
