We have received ERA mentioning PLB adjustment with code BN. The amount Mentioned is in Negative(ex. -$500.00). I don't know what it is. Generally we do telehealth consultations billing for HPSA area. Please anybody help me out on this? Please advice me, How to proceed on this and what action i should take?
