Please assist me....I work for a Family Practice in Texas.

I understand how to bill for certification (G0180) and re-certification (G0179) as well as Care Plan Oversight (G0181)....How do you bill for the certification's, re-certification's and CPO for Medicaid?? I have looked all over and I would really appreciate if someone could possibly instruct me on if I can even bill for these services.:o

Please assist!!! Thank you in advance for your help!
 
If I understand your question, I would bill with the codes you ave there. Here in NH MCD does pay for these. To continue on, I have a hard time billing these as I believe that once you bill these, any related dx seen in the office are not payable. Seems like a subject no one likes...
